Psychometric and Aptitude / Ability Testing
Psychometric and aptitude tests are often used as part of the recruitment selection procedure, we can also set up and administer full assessment centres when required. Our test administrators are British Psychological Society trained.
These assessments typically relate to job suitability and performance and usually fall into five main categories:
