Our database is something we are extremely proud of. Updated on a daily basis by a dedicated team of resourcers and researchers, our strong presence within our industry sectors ensures that we receive a constant flow of appropriate CVs as well as being able to track professionals throughout their careers on a passive basis. However, because of our exacting requirements, only the upper quartile of applicants make it through our quality control procedures, enabling them to become registered on our candidate database.

Targeted Search

We realise that sometimes the right candidate for a position may not be actively looking for a new position. In this instance, our consulting team has specific expertise in ethical headhunting and search methods – regularly managing and delivering retained assignments for our client community. We are able to offer specialist advice and also engineer the process for identifying and delivering key talent - from commissioning research, to targeting key individuals in competitor organisations, through to full and effective management of the recruitment process; all culminating in successful offer and acceptance.

Where the need to source from specific organisations or vertical markets is not as great as getting the person with the right skills, we may recommend Advertised Selection.

We have a proven track record of success in running and managing advertising campaigns to either supplement or even replace an executive search. Run to an agreed timescale and managed from start to finish, advertised selection is a very effective tool for clients who wish to access a wider and more diverse pool of candidates.

In order to optimize results, Consilium will recommend the most appropriate methodology and medium; produce advertising copy for your approval and handle all responses in a professional manner; keeping you informed of progress at regular and agreed intervals.
