The Positions
Graduate Recruiters (Engineering)
£ 15-20K + Car OTE after training £ 35K
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Graduate Recruiter to join our Engineering division. This role covers the post sales process from searching for candidates through to placing suitable individuals with clients.
As a Graduate / Trainee Consultant, you will be trained how to research, target, identify and approach applicants and how to approach organisations with candidates to solve their recruitment problems.
You will be a UK Engineering graduate (or equivalent) who is a direct and authoritative communicator, with a desire and capability to deal with people of all levels. A proven ability in sales would be an advantage but not a prerequisite. Flexibility and trainability are essential as well as the desire to develop a career.
We will also consider professionals with appropriate transferable skills or recruiters working within the "High Street" sector who wish to transfer skills to the professional sector.

These roles will require a significant level of both experience and knowledge of the sectors coupled with a strong and up to date network of contacts within candidates and clients alike.
You'll be responsible for the provision of recruitment services to a wide range of Engineering and Manufacturing companies - from SME's to major blue-chips. This will include direct sales, negotiation and growing your portfolio of clients that will come back to you with repeat business. The role will involve both internal and external client liaison as well as attracting, attaining and interviewing prospective candidates.

Resourcer (Negotiable + Bonus)
As Resourcer you will be sourcing and matching candidates for vacancies using our in-house database and on-line CV search engines, managing the submittal of vacancies and assisting the Account Managers with recruitment programs
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to progress into technical professional recruitment but does not have the training within B2B sales. We would expect a good level of experience within modern office tools and preferably experience within a manufacturing environment.
We would also consider this role on a flexible working pattern or reduced hours i.e. 10-4 or similar.

Salary & Incentive Packages
We offer exceptional rewards to exceptional people. Basics for recruitment consultants range between £15,000 - £35,000 and there are regular pay reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months.
Our commission scheme is one of the best in the industry, 1st year OTEs are £35k, 2nd year OTEs are £45k, fully experienced Account Managers earn well in excess of £100K. These are very realistic OTEs.
